Graco CC 40 ? Vs. other infant seat

I sold two seats today so am of course itching for a new and long lasting infant seat. I have a Via i470 for my 90 percentile 3.5 month old.
Things I like about it:
Rebound control handle
Long lasting height wise
Easy adjust harness
High side impact side with EPS foam
Dislikes:
Heavy!
Doesnt click into the stroller (use this feature for school drop off), I just use the strap to secure it.
Doesn't click all the way into the base easily...I have to push each side to make sure it is in.
Have to use the base over 22 pounds.

So thinking about the Graco CC40, Recaro Coupe, or the Britax B Safe 35 Elite.

I can't find in the Graco manual about stop using it when head is one inch from top of headrest but see it said on carseatblogs review of it. Where did that info come from??
Does the safecell on the base of the Britax act kind of like a load leg to prevent rebound?

Do you guys think any of these carriers will make me happy??? (DH says no...lol)

If finances are no issue, I'd order/purchase a SnugRide 35 or 40.

However, seeing that you have a Via ( I LOVE my Via!), I would probably save my money for the convertible of my dreams.

Did you have trouble with it clicking into your base? I didn't and then had to take it out to clean it and now it is having problems. I have reinstalled it like 3 times. No idea what I did differently. It seems like the part of the seat where her feet are is too tight against the vehicle seat to click easily.

I might already have a CCO (in hubby's tiny car), Pavillion in cow, and RA55 I can use next. They were DD1s. :)

I have a hard time resisting cow fabric. I have a FR85, pavillion, and b-nimble stroller in cow. How cute would a cow infant seat be on it? Lol. If only it had rebound control...
