Britax fix kit?

Is it weird that I have not yet received my fix kit for my BLVD CT? I called the day of the recall to confirm that my seat was registered and that they had the correct address. 7-10 days is the estimated time frame for sending them out -- and that was on 8/13/15....

Should I call?

Thanks. I did call a week or two ago and they said they had sent it out weeks ago. I explained that I hadn't received it and they expedited it to me.

Lol -- no, I got the second one!

I don't know what the issue was the first time. The address they had was correct.
