Question 2014 Sienna HELP!! - Recline Captain's Chairs?

I just bought a 2014 Sienna and I have read the manual and I swear it is telling me to recline the Captain's chairs all the way when installing the car seats? They go back really far so I'm thinking this is not correct. Also looking to find out how far to recline the 3rd row for proper installation. The seats going in the Captain's chairs are a Chicco KeyFit 30 (RF) and a Safety 1st convertible seat (FF). The 3rd row is a Nautilus 3-n-1 seat (FF).

What is the exact wording in the manual? I have a 2008 and I have to recline the middle row 5 clicks to install using latch and the back row is 11 clicks to use latch.

I have a picture but not sure how to add it to my post. This is what it says:

"Installation with LATCH system (second seat)"
Step 1: Fold the seatback while pulling the lever and move to the rear most recline position"
