It gets easier. Pack lots of snacks, a couple new dollar store toys, DVD player or iPod if you have one, lots of wipes, extra diapers and/or extra clothes depending on your situation and give yourself lots of time so you aren't rushed and it will be fine.
For the car seats, know where the stickers are and carry the manual just in case. I haven't had to pull a manual out but I'm usually asked to show the sticker that approves it for airplane use.
