What kind of stroller is the first one with the buggy board?

Lady just called me back, and yes it is a Quinny. She bought it used, and cannot find a DOM sticker on it.

the buggy board alone is almost worth $40. well, maybe not quite but they are $70-90 (or more) new.

If you had use for that type of stroller. The front wheels are fixed, so I wouldn't call it ideal for shopping or for running errands around town, ya know? For outdoor events, or neighborhood walks, then yes!

I thought the front wheels did swivel? but I'm gonna go pick it up either tonight or tomorrow... if I hate it I can always resell it...

The stroller is heavy (45ish lbs) and doesn't have a compact fold. Overall the stroller is large, so not something you would take shopping.

It's an all-terrain so it makes for walks outside awesome! It has a great suspension on it as well, as well as a decent basket.

We used to carry it at BRU and the front wheels don't swivel, but the whole thing kind of turns, like it it's articulating. It doesn't turn as nicely as a Bertini, but it is very nice. New they were $390, I think.
