Radian LATCH strap?

are the LATCH connectors the alligator style (like the Britax) or the other kind?

definitely alligator.

it's one of the better features.

it also is connected to the side of the seat with a strap and then they clip into storage on the back of the seat... VERY well designed latch system.

too bad I can't use LATCH in the center where I need to put the Radian!

It is a great and well though out design! I think they are easier to use than Britax too - anyone else think that?

NO!

I cry a little bit every time I have to install DS2's Radian.

Although granted it's tough to install a Britax in that car too :twocents:

I'm meaning just the connectors..... I have such a hard time getting the ones on my MA's to "click"! The rest of it.... baah!

threading it is annoying, but not hard.

and I think the really well placed storage makes up for having to thread.

the connectors I would say are equal to the ones on Britax seats.

tightening... oh, Britax wins.

I've never done it on the RA, DC, or Diplomat, though.

but I wish every seat was like the Regent, MA, and BV in having the ability to tighten on both sides.

you can do that with the RA, DC, Diplomat and Frontier too. They all have a buckle on each side to tighten. :thumbsup:

well, I assumed they were... all britax being the same... I just wish all the other brands would be.
