Sometime around the end of the month, the CM and SCM forums will have a routine purge. This will probably mean threads older than 1 year in CMC and older than 6 months in SCM will be removed. If there is a specific thread that you find informative, feel free to bump it so that it remains.

will the social groups ever be subject to purges? If not, maybe that's one more reason to continue some of the favorite discussions over there.

There was a technical issue with the purge feature. Maybe next weekend. If you see any posts missing outside SCM, please reply here.
