Which seat in which location?

Assuming a good install on a Frontier cannot be achieved in the center position... would you prefer a Frontier outboard or a Radian65 installed in the center of the car? The car does have side airbags and is a pretty big car. Both would be tethered of course.

If you can get both in with a rock sold install, I wouldn't have a preference other than which seat fits him better and will be used correctly ;)

Well do you have both seats? If you just have the FN then I'd say use it, but if you have a RN then use that, and if you have both well draw straws lol.

We do own both seats and would only use them properly of course. Just trying to figure out which is a better situation given side impact consideration.

Personal preference. Honestly the middle is only a smidge safer, and not enough to sway me either way. In my own van my kids are both outboard and I don't use the center even though I could. It's easier on me to load from the side.
