I had no trouble picking her up at all. I got out to help buckle her in and the teacher that brought her out just let me do it. I don't think the teacher was too shocked since Benjamin has been at the school for 2 years and seen Elizabeth rear-facing. The school is year around which is why they start so early.

I'm pretty sure my ex-DCP's little girl goes to the same pre-school. We "broke up" partly because she chose to FF her 9 month old and booster her 3 year old. Just couldn't go with that one.
