Thank you for your interest! I don't know when, or which seat, you tried to order but it did expire on the 27th. If you ordered before it expired, it does not apply to closeout fabrics and maybe that was the issue?

We do not record DOM's on our shipments since we have so many in stock and they all have unique DOM's. But the vast majority of our models are very recent arrivals direct from Britax, within the last few weeks!
