Looks like my neighbor's double BabyTrend jogging stroller with swivel front wheel. (yeah, I'm a stroller stalker,lol) :)

I've seen this brand at swapmeets. Not very good quality, but usually they are cheap, as in affordable. Brand is "Amoroso" with a little teddy bear. lol
