Another Frontier Question

Does this install look problematic? The seat is installed rock solid... independent of the top tether of course. The seat bottom slightly more off the seat on one side of the seat than the other but even the side off more is on way more what 80%.

The seat belt stalk/buckle cannot be pushed up any further so I'm wondering if this is a compatibility problem.

If the install is tight then I don't see a problem.

I just worry that since the seat is up against the seat belt tongue part that it will put a lot of force on it in a crash. The buckle portion is basically shoved into that place and can't really move at all.

It looks like you used the short belt path, is that right?

When you sit the Frontier on the vehicle seat and the buckle is still outside the seat back as it appears in your photos the manual would suggest you use the long belt path.

That being said if it is rock solid it may not be a worry but if I were you I would try installing it the other way to see if it worked better or not.
