Was this seat ever available in Canada? Is it still available (anywhere)?

I have emailed someone who says they have one (in Canada, with a 47lb limit) which expires at the end of this year.

I had never even heard of this seat but google says it exists. :p

It was, it's been eons, though, this is about the right time for it to be expiring. They only were on the market for a year or two, IIRC (and yes, I know I'm in the Canadian forum, lol, I have a friend who had one in Quebec).
