I was trying to put my regent (that my 4yo now uses) in the second row of my 06 sedona using the long belt path. Not only was a just barely able to get the seatbelt clicked, the shoulder part of the belt near the retractor was falling off to the side of the top of the regent rather then where it should be. Hope that makes sense. I can get it in the 3rd row as those belts seem to be positioned higher to begin with but its still barely fastens. I would rather he be in the 2nd row. Anybody have any tips or is the LBP regent just not able to go in the 2nd row of a sedona?

Have you tried moving the seat either forwards or back to see if you are happier with the installation?

Do you mean falling off the side like this?

This is an acceptable install variation.

Yep, it's fine. It's an acceptable variation per Britax. At least it is in my Husky manual, and I've never heard anything about it having changed.

I agree it's fine.
FWIW, I had a Husky when I first got my 2006 Sedona, and had no install problems with it, but I don't think I was using a recline bar, so I didn't know if that affected what you were seeing or not.
