View Full Version : where to tether a RF Marathon in Mazda CX-9?

I have a Mazda CX-9 with a Marathon and want to use it RF... Where do you tether the top to???????? I can't find a location on the floor to use.....
Please help...........

Look for the metal track that the front two seats slide on. They are bolted to the frame of the car. You want to use a D-ring and attach to part of that so that it doesn't interfere with moving the front seat.

do you have this car? I have a 2009 and I will look again but didn't see anything metal that i can fit the d-ring strap around.... if you have a picture that would be a huge help??

Sorry, I don't have that vehicle. Sometimes the metal is underneath a plastic sleeve of some kind. Can you lay the front seat (or seats) forward and take a picture of the tracks? That way we should be able to point out a tether location.
