Teether and Blvd questions.

I cannot find my manual to save my life. Can I download a pdf version somewhere? We have a Britax blvd, RF. I am pretty sure it was tethered when we were RF before.

Also, anyone else notice that he straps seem to constantly twist? The straps closest to her hips I am always trying to untwist. Annoying.
