I have a few times. Absolutely no problems and their service is excellent. I ordered a Radian from their a couple years ago and got it two days later - free shipping. I don't think they always have free shipping though.

I've bought non car seat items in the last few months. Had no issues and they shipped next day.

I bought from them summer of 06 and a friend did in 07. Both our experiences were positive.

I know that they're a high volume Britax retailer - not sure what you're planning to buy, but if it's a Britax seat you can expect a recent DOM. I imagine they're pretty high volume for the other brands as well. :thumbsup:
