Light weight

durable
hopefully not too expensive

I have the Baby Jogger City Mini Double (not a jogging stroller) and it is super light, super easy to fold, incredible sunshades... but expensive and doesn't come with the trays/bars (have to purchase seperately)
A new Baby Jogger City Mini Double MICRO is coming out or is out and less expensive and the sunshades are different... but it something like 16lbs, AWESOME and the fold can't be beat.
OR, there is the Phil & Ted with doubles seat. Again, though these are higher priced strollers.
I'd try CL too :)

How set are you on the child & parent trays? I can't think of a decent stroller with trays. Maybe someone else knows of something. :)
If the trays are negotiable, I'd go with a BJCMD or Mac Twin.

I wouldn't do an aria twin for twins. The seats are now different sized to accomodate an infant carrier on 1 side.

I would probably do the baby jogger mini double and buy the trays if you feel that is a must. I don't have the double but am buying the single and I don't love the child tray for it, It sits in an awkward position, or at least it seems awkward to me.

Maclaren double on your local Craigslist.
i would recommend these as well but they don't have the parent and child trays.
tandems tend to be heavy and clunky, and don't fold compactly like the maclarens.

Yeah That....and then add one of those add on snack holder thingers, the name escapes me right now...I can't stand snack trays on my strollers...that's like asking my kids to get the stroller filthy.

Plus, as soon as the kids get to toddler age, it's a piece of junk. A very expensive piece of plastic junk.

Nope, but the OP will soon realize she can't have it all in one stroller :p
OP, do a forum search of the Sunshine Kids Buggy Buddy, that would make a great parent tray.
Alot of the newer higher end strollers are now giving you the option to add a child tray, OR you can add like a belly bar, then velcro something like this on there: http://www.amazon.com/Baby-Jogger-Belly-Bar-Console/dp/B0013BVYP0
