Anyone order a seat from Amazon? How's the DOM?

A friend of mine wants to order a True Fit from Amazon.com for her 3 year old DS whose seat is about to expire. I'm still undecided but I *may* order one some time in the future too. How are the DOM of seats bought on Amazon.com?

I think it will vary greatly. I had a friend bring a brand new infant seat she had just purchased off of Amazon to me to help her install and it was already 3 years old. I'm sure that isn't always the case, but it does happen.

I agree with Dana. It depends. My mom ordered some seats and they were only about two months old.

DD got two Radians for Christmas. Both were probably ordered in November I'm guessing. One was Aug and the other was September DOM (of the same year, so 2-3 months old).
