Question about paypal and kids n cribs

I bought my my ride last night and paid with Paypal.. I got a weird message at first and thought I had to do it over again.. when I went to pay again they said I already had done the order and paid. So I went into paypal and the money is gone... but the account says "temporary hold" on the money I sent from my paypal account.

I have contacted Kids n cribs and am sure I will hear back soon, but In the mean time I wanted to ask what that means?

It just means the money has been placed on hold in your account. Alot of stores do this to make sure the money is in there and available. Usually when you order ships or in a few days the transaction will say complete. Kinda like when you use a credit card it actually takes a few days for the transaction to show up on your statement. No need to worry.... with Amazon it does the same thing and anytime I have placed orders online using my Paypal Debit Card it does a temporary hold/pending beside the transaction...... then a few days later it will show as completed.:):)

Hi Meghan,

We don't actually pull the funds from your account until right before we ship out the item. I checked on your order and everything looks good to go. We just don't like charging customers for the item until its actually ready to go ...

You already got great answers but I just wanted to add the same thing happened when I used my credit card with them, they are very fast and I had two Frontiers and a BLVD in less than a week with great DOMs!! :love:

Thanks so much! I didn't know where to post it but I was a little worried that my money was floating around in cyberspace lol!
