My Ride for kids 3 and over

I am trying to figure out if the My Ride is a seat I should get for my 3 year. If you have pictures or can link to your pictures of your 3 year old or older child in a My Ride please help me out.

Does it bother you that it doesn't tether? I really have a problem in my head that it isn't as safe because it doesn't tether.
