I'd like to get the kids some UV swimwear. I'm assuming the UV swim shirts would be more comfortable than swimming in a regular t-shirt which would get all bunched up, is that right? I got Benjamin a set at costco and tried to get one for Elizabeth but 4t was the biggest they had and it is too small.
Jacob and Daniel have suits already so they just need shirts. They have some at lands end, any place else I should look? Anything cheaper?
I want a two piece one with a shirt with sleeves and a skirt for Elizabeth. They have some at lands end but I'd love to know of any place that has some cuter and/or cheaper. Keep in mind I'm not a fan of pink and/or purple! lol
Thanks!
I thought I'd update that I've done some searches and they all seem to be pretty pricey, I think lands end might be my best bet. They are out of some stuff already though which is kind of annoying.

KMart had UV swimwear for about $6 per piece. (I grabbed DS a pair of shorts for $5.99.)
Old Navy has had their swimwear on sale for $8.
Lands End has had their swimwear on sale in stores at 30% off.
The only place that doesn't seem to be putting swimwear on sale is Target.
I got a couple of the "Sun Life" t-shirts from Lands End for DS. They are like a mesh material. The first time he wore the shirt it ended up with pulls all over it. I don't recommend those shirts at all. And I am a huge Lands End fan.

I found some shirts at target but not in colors that would match the swimsuits the boys already have.
I checked target and old navy online and they don't have any skirts for Elizabeth.
I'll try K-mart, I always forget about K-mart since there isn't one near me.
Thanks for letting me know about the sun life ones being bad.
Thanks!

at my local Target they had a TON of different options, and they are all on sale right now. i originally bought some about 3 weeks ago, but when i was there this past week, they were all discounted, so i returned the original ones, and REbought the exact same colors/sizes at the sale price. all the tops were under $10 a piece, and they had a lot of patterns. the one thing they did NOT have was long-sleeved ones. they had some short sleeved styles with pretty long sleeves, though, so i bought those, PLUS, i bought up a size or 2, so the sleeves basically go all the way to my DCs' elbows. they had more boy selection than girl selection, so I bought DD a plain orange boy's top. it's really cute with her girly orange reuseable swim diaper.

We stopped using sun shirts on my son in the pool because they kept ballooning up in the water and making him cold. Maybe we'll try again when he's older, but right now it does not work.

Maybe we'll try again when he's older, but right now it does not work.Rash guards were designed to fit tightly. When they fit tight, they will not balloon. Problem is, rash guards have now evolved into swim shirts that are loose fitting like a regular t-shirt. Also, kids tend to not like them tight fitting, so even if you can find a traditional tight fitting rash guard, sometimes the kids won't wear it, or the parents won't buy it because they want it big to fit next year.

My kids didn't have any problems with it ballooning. I did try to convince Jacob to get the smaller shirt but he wanted the bigger one.

The 2 year old has a snugger fitting one, so hopefully I can train her to like them this way. :) (I prefer the snugger look)
