I just got my Cocorro and since I don't have a baby this weekend to try the seat out it was still inside. I decided to see if it would fit in my Quattro Tour. It fits perfectly! It is in pretty solid too. I would be perfectly happy using this combo even though the seat and the stroller aren't made to go together. and the "seat locks" on the stroller lock and hole the Cocorro in place even more!
and a not so wonderful cell phone picture...

so I would love to know what other strollers would work with the Cocorro. If you have one and a stroller it would be cool to see pics.

I thought the company was in the process of releasing one but I read that somewhere on this site.

That.is.so.cool.!!!
How easy would it be though in real life, not just theory?? Would it be awkward with a larger baby... 20 pounds or so?? I would imagine not any more so being as though carry handles on baby buckets are awkward by 20 pounds anyway. lol

you can see the Combi stroller at the very end of this video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bFmpEv8afv8&feature=related) (last 5-6 seconds).
It looks like it's going be called the Coccoro Flash (the Flash EX (http://www.toysrus.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2266996&CAWELAID=107500732) is their current snap on stroller frame). honestly, I think using the Coccoro as a carrier would be a major PITA. For starters, there's nothing to actually carry it by. you would either have the LATCH straps dangling or would have to pull the cover back to access the beltpath each time you installed/uninstalled. Plus, my experience is that it's not that easy of a seat to get tight, which would only be compounded when doing it with a child buckled in. :twocents:
OP, that would be perfect for the airport. :)

But, I could see it as a fabulous compromise for people like me, that rarely take the infant seat out of the car, but sometimes when it is late at night when you get home, to just pop the seat out of the car would be nice. Especially if it is raining, snowing, etc. Besides, you really should carry an infant seat with 2 hands anyway. Man, I am so lusting after this seat...sigh

Trouble is, there's no 'popping' with a non-infant seat. A convertible is permanently installed in the car...you can't click it in and out of a base. i would NOT want to deal with that.

I am very much with you on this one!! It would only be removed every once in a while and would be more for the situations you described.

Hello Everyone:
The Coccoro Flash Stroller is designed specifically for the Coccoro Child Seat. It is currently in production and will be available for purchase within the next 2 months.
Please keep in mind that all travel system strollers are designed for a particular seat with a maximum CRS weight. It is highly discouraged by all child restraint manufacturers to “mix and match” the systems. There is much more involved than just the uppermost weight limit.
Each child restraint has a different mounting system. Although it may seem as though the Coccoro snaps into the stroller, it may not be as secure as it is intended.
Each child restraint has a different center of gravity so placing it into a stroller it was not intended for may cause the stroller to malfunction, tip and/or injure the child.
It is the intent of all of the child restraint and stroller manufacturers to keep children as safe as possible. Unless the stroller has been tested with the Coccoro, it is highly inadvisable that it be used.
Enjoy your day!

I couldn't imagine installing the Coccoro with a child in it. It is much harder to install RF, IMO, than any of my other seats.
It would be very easy however to take the seat out of the car though and keep baby sleeping.
I will see how I can rig it up to my Phil & Teds tonight. ;)

I find the Coccoro to be extremely easy to install (RF and FF), but I wouldn't want to even attempt it with a kid in there. I'm sure it's possible--but it wouldn't be fun.
I also wouldn't feel comfortable using it with a stroller it wasn't intended for.

Yes, but I think my point is, I wouldn't try to install it with the child in it, kwim. Yes, take it out of the car, late at night, or in the pouring rain, or when baby has just fell asleep and I was at my wits end and wanting them to stay that way;) But then, the next time, for me to go back in the car, I would have the time to install the seat without baby in it.

I wouldn't want to put it in with a kid in either. But think how cool that would be for getting through airports! Or people who use a lot of taxis!

I've installed it with a doll in it and it wasn't hard. A bigger kid that would have to cooperate and lift their legs while you thread the belt might be more difficult.
