DH just purchased one tonight, though he has to wait until mid-week to take delivery. Other trucks in the running were the GM Sierra, the Chevy Silverado, and the Nissan Frontier. He didn't like the Dodge or the Ford. I won out with the Tacoma because of the better safety ratings and standard side airbags for the '09s. The Chevy/GM was a LOT cheaper. Like $10K Canadian cheaper.
Anyway, the girls' seats (FFg GN, RFg MA that will soon be FFg) fit fine (3 TTs).
Just wondered if anyone had any feedback. The dog (see avatar) won't be too happy in the box (he'll be in a crate and the box will be getting a canopy), but at least there will be less dog hair in the human part of the truck!
The model he's getting is the double/crew cab (4 full doors), the TRD model (not sure if that's sold in the US, but its the top model).
