1997 Buick Skylark- Top Tether Anchors

Can top tether anchors be installed in it?

I took a look at a friends today and it looks as though the car's speakers are right where normally an anchor would be installed.

I was hoping someone could look it up for me in the LATCH Manual (I so need to get one), and possibly give me any part numbers? She needs to do this right away as we're in Canada where tethering is mandatory.

"Most GM vehicles manufactured in or after 1989 are tether-compatible. GM part numbers for retrofit kits are not included in this manual as part numbers change frequently."

I had a 96 Chevy Corsica - similar interior.

The tether anchors end up closer to the middle - between the speaker and midline.
