Site to buy defective strollers?

Hi All,

A couple years ago I purchased a jogging stroller from a website that stocked defective strollers as well as other merchandise. All items were graded on the defects. I am now in the market for a double stroller but can't remeber the website. Does this sound familiar to anyone?
