TRIPLE PLAY PRODUCTS, LLC IS RECALLING CERTAIN SIT'N'STROLL CHILD RESTRAINT SYSTEMS, MODEL 4002, MANUFACTURED ON MAY 5, 2008. THE WEBBING USED IN THE CENTER ADJUSTER FOR THE HARNESS FAILS TO COMPLY WITH THE INITIAL BREAKING STRENGTH REQUIREMENTS OF FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 213, "CHILD RESTRAINT SYSTEMS."

Samsung Recalls to Upgrade Samsung “Jitterbug” Cell Phones; Could Fail to Reach Emergency 911 in a No-Service Area. Sold through: Directly to consumers through targeted national advertisements and publications, electronics and drug stores nationwide, and on the Web at www.jitterbug.com from March 2008 through May 2009 for about $150.

L&M Companies, Inc. Recalls Whole Cantaloupes Because Of Possible Salmonella Health Risk. The whole cantaloupes were sold between May 10-15, 2009 in Walmart Supercenter Stores in North Carolina and South Carolina, and in the Walmart Supercenter Store located at 315 Furr Street in South Hill, Virginia.

Illinois Firm Recalls 3S, Grillmaster, J&B, Klub, Thick'nSavory, Ultimate Brand Ground Beef Products Due to Possible E. COLI O157:H7 Contamination. These ground beef products were produced on March 10, 2009, and were distributed to various consignees nationwide.

Nutro Products announced a voluntary recall of select varieties of NUTRO® NATURAL CHOICE® COMPLETE CARE® Dry Cat Foods and NUTRO® MAX® Cat Dry Foods with “Best If Used By Dates” between May 12, 2010 and August 22, 2010. This recall is due to incorrect levels of zinc and potassium in our finished product resulting from a production error by a US-based premix supplier. Affected product was distributed to retail customers in all 50 states, as well as to customers in Canada, Mexico, Japan, Korea, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, New Zealand, and Israel.

Edaleen Dairy Recalls Tin Roof Sundae Ice Cream And Chocolate Peanut Butter Nut Ice Cream Because Of Possible Health Risk. Tin Roof Sundae and Chocolate Peanut Butter Nut Ice Creams were sold distributors, stores, gas stations, scoop shops, etc. throughout Western Washington (Mostly in the Whatcom area). This product was also sold through the Edaleen Store located on 9593 Guide Meridian, Lynden, WA.

Rio Pluma LLC (a division of Stapleton Spence Packing Company) is Reissuing its Recall of Stapleton, SYSCO Classic, Nugget Brands of Peanut Products Because they may be Contaminated with Salmonella. Recalled products were sold only in case quantities as indicated below and they were distributed to the Food Service industry in California, Oregon, Washington, Hawaii, and Idaho.

Troy Food Company Recalls Nature's Harvest Tio’s Southwestern Chile Lemon Pistachio Because Of Possible Health Risk . The recalled Tio’s Southwestern Chile Lemon Pistachios was sold at the Orange Coast College Swap Meet in Southern California from November 2008 until March 29th, 2009.
