Gmc latch limits

Anyone know offhand what the latch limit is for 06 envoy xl?? I've went thru the manual about 10 times and can't find it anywhere. Any idea where its located so I can find it again if I ever need it??

GMC has a 48 pound limit. That's from the LATCH manual. It might not be in your vehicle owner's manual at all. Write it in with a pen/pencil so you can find it again later.

It may not be stated in the owner's manual at all. Vehicle manufacturers aren't required to state it in the owner's manual, which may explain its absence in the manual, although it's not good to have omitted it IMHO. The lower LATCH anchor weight limit is 48 lbs. when used with the top tether for GM vehicles according to the LATCH manual.
