Harness height and fit: Symphony vs BV

What is the top harness height on the Symphony, and how do kids fit in it vs. the Boulevard? (In other words, the BV has top slots of about 16.5, but most kids outgrow it long before their torsos are 16.5 inches because of the recline. I'm wondering how "true" the measurement of the Symphony is.)

The first is the Symphony, and the second is the Marathon. Nadia is 42 lb or so, and 49"-50" tall. You can see she's right at the top position on the Symphony, but has at least half an inch on the Marathon.
