RF tether for BLVD in Town&Country

A friend has a newish, maybe 07 T&C and she has her new BLVD behind the drivers seat. Anyone have a pic of their seat tethered in this car. The plastic around the metal seat pieces is super super tight to the floor, if it were my own car I'd pry with a screwdriver but...

As well, I only have MA's/Regents but the BLVD doesn't allow you to use the seatbelt and the latch does it (I didn't think any seat really allowed this), she seemed to think it did. I am going to help her with her seat this week as she just got it.

However, I'm curious how old the LO who will be tethered is?

Their 10 month old DS is going to be in the RF BLVD, he had been in a KeyFit 30.

It must be installed with either the LATCH or the seatbelt, but not both.

I don't have a T&C but I have pics of my Blvd in a Caravan if you'd like to see those.
