MA tilted a bit

I have noticed that when i install my FF MA in my 2006 Town and country in one of the captains seats it seems like it is tilted a bit to one side. I have it in there so tight with latch so its not like its tilting because it needs to be tighter. Any idea's on what to do to fix this. I am cleaning the van out tomorrow and reinstalling it during ds' nap time. Also i have noticed that if i get it too tight it seems like the back of the base lifts up. Has anyone noticed that. I end up loosening it a tad bit and it is fine. Is that because it was too tight.

My MA will tilt when installed with LATCH if I don't tighten evenly on both sides. Not sure about the lifting from the back part.

Is the tether off to one side? In my Buick, the tethers are towards the middle of the car and if I tighten them too much, my seats start to tilt towards the middle. I just make sure the seat is installed as straight as possible and tighten the tether just enough- too tight and they start to tilt.
