I have two Britax Frontier's, I have had them for just under a year. I have noticed in the past that sometimes the harness was a little more loose than I remember when I tightened it but never enough to be concerned. Well today my 5 yr old tells me he is loose when we are driving so I pull over and the harness is pretty loose. I know I tighted it, my son freeks out if it is not nice and tight. So I pull over and retighten it. I then grab the chest clip and pull, the first two times I pulled nothing happened but the third time it pulled right out!!!! I tried to call Britax but they are closed until Monday. I am not sure what to do, I can't just not go anywhere until monday?!?! Should I continue to use it? His brother is also in a Frontier, I got them at the same time so they are from the same build batch so I do not know if I should keep usuing that one too? I do not know if Britax will even do anything, I can not afford to go but another seat. Any advice?

Is the harness actually coming off the splitter plate (metal piece in back) or is it just loosening when you don't push the release button?
Frontiers were recalled a few months ago for an issue with the harness coming off the splitter plate, Britax sent out a fix for the issue, so if that is the problem it's possible that your seats are from the recalled batch. You can check that here: http://www-odi.nhtsa.dot.gov/
I would discontinue use of the one you're noticing the problem with and test the other one for the same problem, but if you don't notice it I would say it's okay to continue using that one.
Definitely call Britax back on Monday, they are amazing at working with people who are having problems with their seats. If you're unable to resolve it with them, I would file a report with NHTSA at that same website (http://www-odi.nhtsa.dot.gov/)

There is a recall on the Frontier for the harness coming off the splitter plate at the back. If your seats were manufactured prior to Sept/08 and you did not send in the registration cards, you would not have been notified.
I'm posting from my phone, so I can't provide the link, but if you do a search of this board for "Frontier recall" you will likely find the info on it. If not, a google serach might lead you to the thread about it here.once you find the recall notice, follow the instructions to reattach the harness, and then be VERY careful when adjusting the straps until Britax sends you the fix.
ETA: sorry, posted at the same time as MissKatie!

No it is not coming off the splitter plate, I got the plugs from the recall and installed them. It is slipping through the release button.

Call them first thing Monday morning :(. In the meantime, I probably wouldn't use it. If you have no other seat, you can use it as a booster if you have to go somewhere.
