Charlie is 29 lbs, 35"(I think) tall and has a 15" torso. He is even with the fourth set of harness slots. You will see that he doesn't have alot of growth room, so we will not be keeping this awesome seat, unfortunately. :( Also, he's in a sposie in both seats, so keep in mind the cloth diapers add a little more junk in the trunk. ;)

Here he is in the Marathon installed in my car. The pics of the MR were taken in the house, so fitting may be a smidge different. I'll get pics of him in it tomorrow:

AWESOME pics.... There is a good variety, also it gives me a idea what it is going to look like compared to my MA's. I want one soooo bad, I dont know if DH wold go for it tho. I really like the pattern from BRU. Is that one from Walmart? Thanks for sharing

Wow... talk about a competitive car seat for britax... that is a great price point and I love that the 40lb weight limit rear facing will if anything, maybe keep parents rear facing their kids to 30lbs :)

Nice pics! I wouldn't ditch my current seat (if I had one) and run out to replace it with this unless I had one of those 35 lb 12 mo old kiddos. I'm not a huge fan of the seat but I like it at least as much as an EFTA. (I do wish the cover stayed on better though).

Great pictures! It looks to me as though he has more growing room in the MR than in the MA, actually....

Does that cover fit the seat? Does it pull up at the sides and/or top?
What does it 'feel" like to touch?

I am having a hard time telling from the photos but how did it fit the doll? would this seat actually work for a new born? Or is there to much room to get a leg through at the hips?

Is the interior of the seat gray or blue? It definitely looks gray in your pictures but on Wal-Mart's site, it looks blue.

I've only had a problem with the cover slipping off of one side, but not the top like other's have had. To touch, it's soft, plush-ish material on the sides and sort of a 'cheap Britax Couture' feel in the center.

It actually fits the doll really well, but you'd definitely need a rolled washcloth.

That's my boy! At our playdate today, we were playing with the Frontier. I set it up on the top harness slots and DS had about 3 inches to grow. Firemomof3 commented something like how he'd at least get another year out of it, then  when I told her he wasn't even two! :p

Awesome pics...Whoa!!! Your not yet 2yo has a 15" torso!!!???
DS will be 4 this fall and is barely pushing 13". And he's 3" taller! How much growth would you say he had in terms of RF space? Is your finger on the 1" mark in that 5th pic?

Yep. His legs and his torso are the exact same length. Last time I measured his full height he was 35", but he's got to be taller now because there's no way his neck/head are only 5" tall. LOL His torso is quite the burden at times, but I love him anyway.:D
I measured down with a ruler to 1", and yes, that is where my finger is. In the house, he had about 1.5" of space left to grow, keeping in mind that he was in a disposable diaper that day.
