In February I wrote a letter to the Costco Connection magazine complimenting them on the article on Booster Seat safety in their March 2009 issue (page 11) (http://www.costcoconnection.com/connection/200903/) and adding a plug for extended harnessing and the 5-step test. Well today I was browsing the May edtion (http://www.costcoconnection.com/connection/200905/?u1=texterity) and found it's been printed! (it's in the middle of pages 8-9 with the title "Give Kids a Boost(er)". Click "pages" at the menu bar to navigate through the pages more quickly. It's the page with the tower fan advertisement on the right) They took out my references to specific seat makes/models but otherwise it's pretty much as I submitted it.:D*
Just had to share with folks who would understand why I'm feeling psyched!
*edited to add footnote: I wrote "5 pt. harness" in the original letter and someone in the BBC Car Seat Board noticed it was printed as "5 pound harness". Darn that spell-checker!
