The time stamps on my email were also messed up this morning but now seem to be fixed. Testing to see if the forum time is fixed, now. If so, it was definitely a server time issue. I guess they responded to my tech support request pretty quickly;-)

I think anything posted in threads earlier today before the server time was fixed is showing up with a time stamp 12ish hours ahead of the actual post time.

Posts are showing up out of (chronological) order as well.

I noticed the time stamp for posts seems off by 12 hours this morning (or else I'm in an alternate universe 12 hours behind the site, lol).

Well, the default time zone is still CST and the one in my personal user CP is also CST. Maybe the server time is messed up or something in the software is broken. I'll see what I can determine.
