Mucci’s Food Products, Inc. Recalls Frozen "Mama Mucci's Pasta" Meat and Poultry Pasta Products Produced without Inspection. The frozen meat and poultry pasta products were distributed to restaurants in Southeast Michigan, and to brokers and distributors in California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Michigan, Missouri, and Ohio.

Kleen-Pak Recalls Spinach Because Of Possible Health Risk. The recalled spinach was distributed locally in retail stores and food wholesalers in Wisconsin, the Chicago area, and Minnesota.

TV Food LLC Recalls "Curry Spice" Because of Possible Health Risk. The recalled “Curry Spice” was distributed to only two retail stores in Northern California: Richmond New May Wah Supermarket on 711-719 Clement Street in S.F., CA. and New Saigon Supermarket on 950 International Blvd in Oakland, CA.

Lion Pavilion, Ltd., a Brooklyn, NY establishment, is recalling approximately 16,213 pounds of "Lion Pavilion HOT-POT SEASONING CONTAINING BOVINE CATTLE FAT" seasoning products, which contain cattle by-products, that were ineligible for import to the U.S. The beef products were imported from China and sent to retail establishments nationwide.

Land O’Lakes Purina Feed has initiated a limited voluntary recall of a single lot of a Country Acres® poultry feed product, due to the potential for higher than acceptable levels of salt. The product was manufactured at a St. Joseph, Mo., feed plant and was distributed to dealers in a four-state region (northeastern Oklahoma, eastern / central Kansas, western Arkansas, and western Missouri).

Disetronic Medical Systems Inc. (a member of the Roche Group) announces a recall (field corrective action) of the ACCU-CHEK® Spirit insulin pump due to “up” and/or “down” button failures.

Nature & Health Co. Issues Voluntary Nationwide Recall of Libimax, a Product Marketed as a Dietary Supplement. Testing on Libimax samples found the product contains tadalafil, an active ingredient of an FDA-approved drug for erectile dysfunction (ED), making Libimax an unapproved drug. FDA advised that this poses a threat to consumers because tadalafil may interact with nitrates found in some prescription drugs (such as nitroglycerin) and may lower blood pressure to dangerous levels.

Peanut and Pistachio Recalls:

Premier Nutrition Announces Precautionary, Voluntary Nationwide Recall of selected ODYSSEY Branded Bars Containing Peanuts Due to Possible Health Risk. These products were sold in grocery, warehouse and other retail stores throughout the United States as well as over the internet.

Setton International Foods, Inc. Clarifies Product and Identification Codes of Recalled Retail and Bulk Products to include Fairway brand, Corrado's brand, Setton Farms brand mixed nuts and pistachio products.

Austinuts Wholesale, Inc. Announces Voluntary Recall of Pistachio Kernels, Deluxe Nut Mix, and Gourmet Nut Mix Products. The Pistachio Kernels, Deluxe Nut Mix and Gourmet Nut Mix were only distributed in Texas.

Torn & Glasser Recalls Pistachio Products Because of Possible Health Risk. This product was distributed through wholesalers and cash customer sales. These were sold in CA, AZ, CO, TX, MO, MD, PA, HI, UT, NJ,NE, NV, NM, OK, IL and LA.

Klein's Naturals Conducts Nationwide Voluntary Recall of Various Pistachio Products Due To Possible Health Risk. The recalled products were distributed nationwide through retail stores and wholesale customers.
