I called again about my Decathlon being so hard to adjust and not being able to get it tight enough on my 6mo old and they are sending me a new one. I am way out of warranty and was just asking for any other suggestions to get it tight. (They had told me before to take off the belt sheild and when that didn't work to reinstall the seat, which also did nothing.) Of course it is not the beautiful Tiffany one we have now, which is the reason for my other post about Marathon covers working on Decathlons. I am really impressed they were willing to do anything since the DOM is 2/1/06. Very happy about this!

Are you sending the other one back? did you ask if you could keep the cover?

I am sending it back and no, didn't even think to ask about keeping the cover. Was just so excited there were going to replace it.

I'd just keep the cover. I've never had them say "no" especially for a discontinued/rare cover.

They replaced a Regent for me and they told me to keep the cover. I would just keep it. BTW, I received a different cover too.
