Help needed for a friend

I have a friend whose tall, solid autistic 12 year old unbuckles his seatbelt and climbs into the rear of their car. Obviously unsafe but she has no way to stop him. What do you know of that she can use to restrain him?

How big is the child? Height, weight, torso height, maybe? A vest may be an option for him.

Yes, an EZ-On Vest with the zipper in the back and floor mount tethers would work for this situation. Poor mom!
