We curently use a Roundabout RF for my daughter. In all the vehicles so far, I have been abe to use LATCH, and have no probs. However, I will need to put her in the outboard 3rd row of my 2005 Town and Country for a trip (I will get the fun of squishing between a FF Radian and her RF Roudnabout...). The outboard position has a lap/shoulder belt with a built in lightweight locking thing (I think it is a lightweight one, but the seatbelt does not have an automatic locking retractor). Is this what the lock offs on the Roudnabout are for - do they take the place of the metal H-shaped locking plates? Or do I not need them with the lightweight things built onto the seatbelt?

You don't have to use them, since your seat belt locks. You can use them anyway, if you want.

You don't have to use them, if your belts actually stay tight. Dodge vehicles often have lightweight locking latchplates that don't actually hold, though. To err on the side of caution, I would use one of the lockoffs.

Yes, lockoffs do the same job as a locking clip (the H shaped metal thing). Britax does not allow the use of locking clips on the Roundabout.
