Britax Regent NEEDS the recline bar right?

My friend received a Regent from the KDF and the tech that installed it did not use the recline bar. I noticed because she needed someone to install it again and called me. She got it in 2008.

Yes, she will HAVE to use the recline bar per the manual.

I'm pretty sure the manual says you might need a rubber mallet to get it in, so you might want to take one with you. :)

The senior checker at the checkpoint where I help out did not know that the bar was required until I looked it up in the manual...
