If you are getting a Linux test page or "Red Hat" page we have discovered that is a firewall problem with users servers, unfortunately. :( If you turn off your firewall temporarily or use another computer, you should be able to get right in!

I agree! I ordered my keyfit (miro) last tuesday and it just got here today! Great fast shipping, came via fed ex home delivery. The only thing I would have liked better was if there was a tracking number or some sort of confirmation it was shipped, also there was grease type stuff on the cover when I pulled it out of the plastic in the box. It wasn't very much, maybe a dime size on part of the cover, I washed the cover and now it's good to go.

Thanks for the feedback! We'll let the manufacturer know about the spot on the cover. For tracking, we do offer a service through our help desk where you can request the tracking number to be sent to you when it ships. (We are also working on updating tracking to an automatic system.) Hope this helps!
