Head Slump while FF

What can I do that is safe for dd if her head slumps forward (when going to sleep) in the CS?

Honestly, I wouldn't worry about it. She's at an age where if it's really bothering her she'll move it.
You could try teaching her to turn her head and use the side padding as a pillow when she's feeling sleepy.

How about those little mini boppy pillows? I use them for my kids when they sleep in the car, you just carefully put it around their neck (with the opening to the back) and it gives the chin a little support so they don't slump as much.
