Hi, I wonder if anyone can help me. I am wondering where the top tether anchorage is in a Porsche Cayenne. I have contacted my local dealer (Middle East) and they couldn't help me (had no idea what I was talking about....). NZ dealer hasn't replied to my email. I know these cars are on the market in NZ and other countries where top tether anchorages are required there so I assume there must be a top tether anchorage somewhere, but for the life of me I cannot find it.

Many thanks!

While I don't know if this applies to Cayenne models outside of the U.S. or Canada, the 2009 LATCH manual indicates the '03-'09 Porsche Cayennes sold in the U.S. and Canadian markets have 3 top tether anchors located on the back of the rear seat.

Okey Dokey,
On the 2004 Porsche Cayenne, there are 3 top tether anchors....

Open the trunk and look at the carpeted-back of the rear seats. There are 3, black, hooks that like like an upside-down "U." These are the 3 tether anchors.

Again, I'm not sure if your car is the same, but I hope that helps!!

Hey thanks so much! I do have 3 anchors after all - I thought these 3 U hooks were luggage hooks because they don't look like any tether anchors I have seen before - I live and learn! Yahoo!
