I was wondering if you would be willing to take a second to translate "It's the 2nd Annual" into German for me. I'm working on an Oktoberfest flyer and would like to put the headline in German. Also, could you also translate "3rd" and "4th" for me? I'm not sure how many years they've done this and haven't heard back yet.

I'm not sure exactly how "It's the 2nd Annual" would turn out. Second is zweiten. Third is dritten, and fourth is vierten. The ending can change depending on the context (eg, zweitens, zweiter, zweite). If I had to guess, I'd go with "Es wird das zweite jährliche Oktoberfest," but that could be way off.
