Big Lots Air Booster- OH???

Anyone in central Ohio know WHICH Big Lots have the $55 Air Booster? I've been to Sawmill several times and they have very little. Even had the TB sold out Sunday afternoon and it was in their Sunday ad.

I REALLY want to try out a couple since so many of you say you can fit them better than a TB sometimes.

Waiting for Montereys from Hip Monkey, but still need seats for DH's Ody.

i went to my BL today, and they had almost nothing....no TB or AB. They did have 1 remaining Apex, and a *LOVELY* OHS version of the Scenera. Plus 1 comfortsport....and that was it...

but i'm in VA, so that's not helpful. I was just sad i made a special 34 minute trip for nadda:(

I found them in Cincinnati area, and bought a couple extra. Could you call around to the ones near you to see who has them?

Yeah, I COULD call, but where's the fun??? Actually I was hoping there was a sighting somewhere. Might have to get on the phone tomorrow as I may have some "kid-free" time to run around a bit. I didn't realize how many BL there are around here.

And if they ARE in Cinci....I could plan a trip to IKEA and the outlets :whistle: to make it worth the time and gas.

Saw one at my Big Lots in south Dayton too, but an IKEA trip would be more fun :)

MonsterMom6 - I may head out to our local Big Lots in Cleveland. If I find them there, I'll let you know. I'd be happy to pick one up for you and send it to Columbus with one of my relatives who lives down there.

They had several TBs at my BL in Hilliard, OH - that's on the South West side of Columbus. If I drive by again today, I can check if they have the air booster too. Would it help if I pick one up if I see it and we can meet up later in the week? I will check back before I run errands today. I know there are several BL in Columbus, but I only ever drive by the Hilliard location. Let me know what you need.

Oh, thank you sooooo much!!! I can hit the Hilliard the store. But if you happen to pop in and see them, please let me know. I'm going to need 2 - 4 for DH's Ody, depending on if we can fit them in. I'm also going to make a few calls to stores around the north side of 270 and Easton / Westerville. I'm hoping to go to mommy's favorite toy store (Container Store) tomorrow.

ETA: jessclear- Thanks so much for the tip. I started calling around the north and east and found that most stores have almost NO boosters. Sounds like everyone sold out of the Turbos on Sunday. Wouldn't have thought to call Hilliard if not for you :love:, since I didn't plan on going that direction. Called last night at 8:15 and they had THREE Air Boosters in stock. Also had a few Evenflo Confidence and Big Kid Deluxe. I was home by 9:15 with 3 Air Boosters in my possession. And a chocolate shake from UDF for DH!

Don't know color/pattern names, but got 2 grey and 1 beige. DOM is 12/2007 on grey and 5/2007 on beige. Kids are 6.5 and 8.5 so if these work, they won't be going to prom in them :D, but they'll get us through booster age. (See DH smiling that these may actually be THE LAST car seats we buy:whistle:).

Might be on the hunt for one more if they work in the Ody. Gonna play around this weekend. But I have enough other boosters once my Montys come in to have seats for 5 dedicated in both cars.
