Husky was made 05-17-05. So I will basically get 2 years. What do you think for a price? That would get ds to 5+ and I could see what is on the market then. Ds is within an inch of outgrowing the bv, 40 inches tall and over 40#.
Will the husky install next to a bv ff in 2nd row of suburban? What are the tether requirements? What about the recline bar?

$50? I wouldn't pay much more than that, I don't think. www.britaxusa.com has the manual so you can check for the recline bar and tether rules. It very well might fit next to a BV in that car.

take however much she paid for it (I don't remember the retail cost of it from back before it was discontinued), divide that by the lifespan... then multiply that number (cost per year) by the number of years left.
And that is your fair price.

I have an '05 Husky. This is just off the top of my head, but as I recall the recline bar is only required when using a lap-only belt install without a top tether. You can use the LBP or SPB pretty much regardless (I think you can't use LBP with a lap-only? Something along those lines.) IIRC, the tether requirement is the same as the Regent - 50lbs.
I might pay up to $80 for it if it were in immaculate condition (spent 90% of it's life unused, stored in a safe place) but I think $50 is reasonable for one that's been used the whole time.
