lol, yes - 7 sweet colors, as the Combi advertising (http://www.combicoccoro.com/) goes. Strawberry Shake = pink. I was lusting after Key Lime or Carrot Cake for the neutral aspect. Even the Cool Mint would work for either, but I decided to go all girl. Plus, I just sold my pink MA cover, so I had to replace it with something. :p

This is brutal. I keep almost ordering it... then I change my mind on color... then I'm not even sure DD would fit in it RF. The new baby wouldn't start using it until probably April of next year.

I need to try this out before I buy it from just kids store to see how DD fits. But that's such a great price, I don't want to miss it. Aargh!

I know this is likely somewhere, but what's the RF limit on this seat? I couldn't it find on the link that crunchy posted.

Are people buying this seat strictly for RF use? or will a "car-seat.org" child get some FF use out of it as well?

And most importantly, is this thing going to be available in Canada? because I SOOOOO love that Key Lime and the Carrot Cake, I want both, so I guess I better get working on twins....

33 lbs and 36". the manual doesn't specify any other rf height restriction in reference to the childs head and the top of the shell. I've been meaning to email the Combi rep about that. She's at lifesavers this week. Maybe someone can get the scoop on that and the Canadian prospects. Do you have any Combi at all?

I'm buying it as a RA alternative. I want a small convertible seat in our car while dd still needs more of a recline and it will be nice for travel. I don't expect her to last rf in it past age 2 by height, but by then ds will likely be out of our 35 lb MA.

Just Kids Store ships to Canada.Except the Coccoro that Just Kids has would NOT be CMVSS approved and thus illegal for Canadians to import and use. Being a U.S. store, the child restraints they sell would be FMVSS approved and thus illegal to use in most countries other than the U.S. I'd be surprised if Just Kids would ship child restraints to Canada (or any other country for that matter).

So, unfortunately us Canadians have to wait for the seat to be CMVSS approved and sold at a Canadian retailer. You listening Combi? ;)

I took a bunch of pictures in the house this morning, but had to run to Target during dd's 1st nap. I'm just waiting for her to go back down so I can play with it in the car. :D

I'm tempted to get one of these instead of a keyfit. But I know the keyfit will fit between the parkways if dd1 happens to outgrow the marathon before I want dd2 to ff. Ahhh!! How wide is it??

just over 15" at its widest near the front. it's a touch wider higher up the sides, but that won't matter for puzzling rf where you need it. pics uploading. :)

I wish it had a handle. I'd totally use this instead of an infant seat, but it's so dang cold here in the winter that it's really nice to be able to take baby in and keep the seat warm.

Thanks. I'll keep it in mind. I might need a narrow one that will fit rfing for either dd2 or baby. I just put dd1 back in the marathon and wow, I hope she really had more growing room than that in the third row.

I might have to go on a road trip to play with seats!!
