Where should the latch anchors be stored? I have them clipped together behind the seat. Is that ok?

Storage depends on the seat - some seats have designated storage spots. What seat do you have?
With my old AOE and the hook style clips I have been known to clip them together in the back for RF installs. (I am not 100% that is ok though........ seems ok to me and I can't remember hearing anything to the contrary?) For FF I worry it will interfere with the harness as it would be wedged behind the seat, and the push button (alligator) style clips don't do this, so lately I have been shortening the LATCH belt so it fits laid out flat in the opposite beltpath to what I am using.
I'd be interetsed to hear more replies myself, now that you mention it!

Hope this helps, I couldn't find the actual manual on-line:

Important! When installing the restraint with vehicle belts, store the lower hooks in storage slots under cover
I am assuming it has grooves in the seat by child's bum where the clips can sit?

Thank You! I just found this in my manual. I'm going right now to try to find the "storage slots". I will be back with pics.

I *think* these are the slots they are talking about....

Does the seatbelt look ok?

As long as you are getting the less than 1" of movement (ideally less ;) ) thenit looks ok to me. Make sure your latch plate is not hung up or pressing on the curve at the start of the beltpath, although it seems to me that the webbing is curving over the edge so it is probably fine and the buckle/latch plate are in a straight line on the side of the seat? If you want to move the latch plate further away from the belt path by twisting the buckle up to 3 full turns to shorten it (it doesn't look like you have already done that) - this may allow a slightly tighter install if the latch plate is getting "caught" on the side of the belt path.
Your car is so CLEAN! :D

Its deinitely solid for sure. Pretty much no movement when I pull at the belt path. It will shift every so slightly if I pull on the front of the seat. The buckle is actually twisted, I tried to twist again to get it down a little bit because I wasn't sure of that myself, but it doesn't want to turn again, but I will play with it some more. Its not in the belt path at all, but as you can see very close.
And my car was a hott mess until yesterday. It was the first time I've swept in in months.
Thanks for the help!
