Ok ,I have both seats on the way.My dilema is ....One goes in my car to use everyday and one goes in my dh truck to use on occation.My son is 27 months and 28lbs.He has a 13 inch torso and is 35 inches tall.Just incase that may help dont know.lol...He will ride rearfacing in my car and the other will go foward.Which one in your opinoins do you think needs to go in which for both size and use.He is a sleeper when out more than 30 minutes.I drive a pontiac g6:)My dh drives a ford f 350 extended cab.It will go in the center lap belt.

In an extended cab pickup (not full crew cab), I'd put the Radian. There isn't as much room there for head excursion, and the Radian does very well in that department. Make sure you tether it.

Of course, that is assuming that you can get a good install there. I tried to do a center install in my dad's F350 with the Radian but wasn't quite able to get it. It was just a test install, and he had a ton of stuff in the back that I was trying to work around, so I didn't try too hard. It did install nicely behind the driver's seat.
