regent dom 11-2006 rules?

Can someone remind me of the rules for a 11-2006 regent? Thanks.

Britax recommends using the newer instructions for all Regents, regardless of DOM. If the advisory enhancements were added, the newer rules must be followed.

basically, weight didn't factor into LBP or SBP- use whichever worked best. The recline bar was optional unless you were doing lapbelt only. The tether was required over 50 lbs.
